Diligent Entities is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) which allows customers to manage their entities using a web application. Each customer manages its own data including how the data is gathered, what free-form data is input or uploaded in document form, and the modification or deletion of records. The customer is also responsible for managing its user accounts and entitlements for use with the Service.
